Chief Executive Officer
Jamie has over 20 years’ experience in the Nonprofit/For-profit world at both a regional, national, and international level as a professor, researcher, coordinator, executive board member, and stakeholder. Jamie has also taught as an Interdisciplinary Professor in the areas of Business, Non-Profit Leadership, Grant Writing/Fundraising,Public Speaking, Public Relations, English, and Communications. Jamie also serves as the Chair for multi-million dollar statewide nonprofit and as a Councilor for the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR). For CUR, she also serves on the student programs task force, program review committee, and leads the CURAH DEI committee to create inclusive and equitable learning opportunities for students, faculty, and staff. She travels globally speaking and presenting workshops.

Chief Operating Officer
Over 10 years experience working with Nonprofit Organizations on a local (P2P), regional (NAMI), national (NAMI), and international level (Project Fun Direction). Her professional work has mainly focused on putting her understanding of the Nonprofit world and her passion for academic research together to benefit organizations and events she works with. Meghan is currently going on her 5th year serving as a research/community liaison between CWU and Project Fun Direction, a Nonprofit Organization based out of Dublin, Ireland. She spends her summers working and volunteering with underprivileged youth with the organization in Dublin. She also travels globally speaking and presenting workshops.
